Our client has a special project for a recruiter for an initial four-month engagement commencing in mid-August to support the establishment of a recent office team. The project will involve the recruitment of approximately 20 to 30 employees in finance, economics, audit and policy roles. You will be responsible for working closely with relevant senior stakeholders to coordinate multiple concurrent recruitment and secondment processes; prepare advertisements and candidate documentation as well as supporting selection panels and managing candidate communications. You will also be required to arrange pre-employment checks and appointment documentation; maintain a comprehensive recruitment tracker and regular status reporting; and ensure complete records and an effective handover at the conclusion of the engagement.
Suitable candidates will be highly organised, able to work autonomously and comfortable managing a high volume of recruitment activity within a compressed timeframe. Public sector recruitment experience is highly desirable, and experience recruiting finance, economics, audit, policy or other specialist qualified roles would be beneficial.
