Koda Capital is seeking a senior Practice Development Manager to help Advisers and their teams operate more consistently, productively and commercially across Sydney and Melbourne. You will embed processes, workflows, tools and support models to improve the client journey and strengthen adviser enablement.
You will work closely with Advisers, Associates and the project team to drive continuous improvement, training material creation and adoption of best practices across the firm.
