Opportunity:
Join CAPS Australia and take ownership of coordinating field service technicians, scheduling maintenance and repairs, managing customer enquiries, and ensuring efficient service delivery across the business.
Experience:
Previous experience as a Service Coordinator, Service Administrator, Maintenance Planner, Scheduler or Workshop Coordinator is preferred. Strong organisational skills, customer service experience and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are essential.
