$140,000 – $170,000 per year + super + bonus

This is a boutique West Perth based firm — around ten onshore, plus offshore support — led by a Partner with a genuine reputation as an excellent operator and a mentor. Modern systems, up-to-date processes, in a well-resourced workplace, so the work gets done without anyone in the team being overstretched.
For the right person there's a defined equity path: 18 months to two years, with measurable targets attached. Not a vague conversation about "the future" — an actual route, with the milestones spelled out.
The client base is a mix of high net worth individuals, property groups, and SMEs from small business through to $*m turnover. Real complexity, and clients who are looking for more than just compliance.
The role
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients and be the face of the firm to them. You'll also lead the team delivering the work.
Day to day:
Managing and reviewing work across a team of onshore and offshore staff
Training and developing your direct reports — technically and in client skills
Working alongside an Assistant Manager to keep jobs moving and finalised
Client‐facing work: AGMs, software selection, business coaching and strategic advice
No on‐the‐tools compliance. Review, relationships and advice.
What you'll need
CA or CPA qualified with solid management experience in public practice
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Task‐driven, but a natural people person
A leader who develops junior staff and holds a team accountable
