The Gillen Club is Alice Springs leading community club. We are an award-winning venue with busy bars, bistro, TAB, Keno & gaming facilities. Our team is young and agile, and this is a rare prospect to join our team as a bar supervisor.
We are seeking a skilled, ambitious leader to drive and enhance customer experience through all aspects of what our club has to offer our members and guests.
Reporting directly to the operations manager, your main responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operations of bar and gaming facilities and reception and ensure each department runs efficiently, and that the highest standards are maintained and in line with our policies and procedures.
This role will require you to have:
Valid RSA.
Valid RSG.
N.T gaming licence or the ability to obtain one.
Knowledge of bar operations.
Knowledge of TAB and Keno and gaming procedures.




Experience in a similar role is highly regarded.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Hands on management of beverage, gaming and reception departments.
Assist in day-to-day management of monies through outlets including daily balancing and clearances.
Assist with managing, monitoring inspiring and mentoring all staff to ensure exceptional customer service is received by all club patrons.
Practice proper workplace health and safety procedures.
