We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Onsite Supervisor to join our team at our client's state‐of‐the‐art facility in Craigieburn. This client is a globally recognised market leader and household name in e‐commerce and innovation. You will play a critical role in managing the performance of both Onsite Consultants and warehouse team members while overseeing day‐to‐day operations.
We are currently looking for someone for a day shift position, hours being 7am - 6pm on a rotating roster.
Managing and overseeing the performance of Onsite Consultants and warehouse associates
Addressing and resolving basic IR/ER issues
Acting as the primary escalation point for our client for day to day queries
Supporting the smooth running of day‐to‐day operations within a fast‐paced, high‐volume warehouse setting
Ensuring safety protocols and workplace compliance standards are consistently maintained
Leading performance management activities and providing constructive feedback to drive team success
Strong interpersonal skills,
with the ability to effectively manage and motivate team members
Experience handling IR and ER issues, with a solid understanding of workplace legislation
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage escalations and handle difficult situations
Solid administrative and organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail
A proactive approach to problem‐solving, with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
