Western Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Practitioner to provide diabetes care across multiple campuses. The role involves inpatient, outpatient and community care within a part time (64 hours per fortnigh) fixed-term arrangement until June .
You will perform advanced assessments, prescribe where appropriate, and coordinate with the Endocrinology Medical Team and Diabetes Clinical Nurse Consultants. Travel between Western Health campuses is required.
