We provide person-centred and holistic support services tailored to assist participants in living safely and comfortably at home by building capacity and giving them choice and control.
What we are looking for
At least 1 years experience in the field and full registration with AHPRA
Experience in Aged Care, Private Practice or Hospital Setting
Experience with outcome measures: DEMMI, PMS, TUG, 6mwt, VAS
Experience in delivering services to Geriatric and adult patients
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a MDT
Aged Care experience preferred but not a necessity
Drivers licence
COVID-19 vaccinations (2 doses minimum) and First Aid Certificate
What we offer
All expenses paid Company Car with the position ( fuel card, insurance ect)




Salary range $85,000-$110,000, dependent on experience + Super (Paid above award salary)
In house Supervision provided by our Snr Physiotherapist ( with 10 years' experience)
Travel to clients within your local area only
Flexible working conditions- Mon- Fri operating business hours

No weekends, no public holidays!
