Your Role:
Provide high-quality assessment, intervention,
and therapy services for NDIS and private clients.
Supervise and mentor junior OTs and support the growth of the OT team.
Contribute to program development and best practice initiatives within the organisation.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care.
Maintain thorough and compliant documentation and reports.
What We're Looking For:
AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in occupational therapy.
Previous experience in paediatrics, adults, disability, or community settings is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and teamwork skills.
Passionate about making a difference in the lives of clients.
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
