About the Role
We are looking for a
Registered Migration Agent (RMA)
to join our growing Chermside team.
You will provide migration advice, manage visa applications from consultation to decision, prepare high-quality submissions, and deliver exceptional client service while ensuring compliance with Australian migration law.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct client consultations and assess migration pathways.
Prepare and lodge visa, sponsorship and nomination applications.
Draft submissions and respond to Department requests.
Manage client files and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
Maintain accurate case records and CRM updates.
Communicate effectively with clients throughout the application process.
Stay current with migration legislation and policy changes.




Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
Current
OMARA Registered Migration Agent
(or eligible for registration).
Strong knowledge of Australian migration law and visa processes.
Experience managing visa applications independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
Client-focused with a high standard of ethics and professionalism.
