At GWA, we're looking for someone who can work closely with our Customer Service, Sales and Marketing teams, understand how they work, and turn their ideas and challenges into practical solutions. You'll be the person who helps shape our Dynamics 365 setting and drives improvements across the business.
You'll be working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE), Dataverse, Azure DevOps and Power Platform technologies, while also helping us explore new AI opportunities.
This role includes BAU support, but it goes well beyond working through a daily ticket queue.
You'll work closely with business teams to understand their needs, design practical solutions and see them through to delivery. You'll own the outcome,



while working with technical resources where needed to bring those solutions to life.
What you'll bring
You'll have hand-on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience and a positive understanding of Power Platform Administration and Azure DevOps. Just as importantly, you'll be comfortable talking with business users, understanding their requirements and helping turn them into practical solutions.
You may currently be a Dynamics 365 Developer, CRM Specialist, CRM Lead, Power Platform Specialist or Dynamics Administrator who's looking for a role with broader responsibility and greater ownership.
