Bapcor is building a talent pool for experienced HR and Payroll professionals for upcoming temporary/casual opportunities within our People & Payroll Services team, supporting a number of key initiatives. Candidates should have experience in HR/People Services, payroll processing, systems and compliance, and thrive in a fast‐paced environment.
Responsibilities
Support the People & Payroll Services team on key initiatives.
Assist in end‐to‐end payroll processing and systems.
Manage employee data administration.
Produce reporting and analytics.
Configure and maintain HR and payroll systems (e.g., Oracle, SmartRecruiters, UKG, Dayforce).
Conduct business analysis and process mapping.
Qualifications
Experience in HR / People Services operations and advisory.
Experience in end‐to‐end payroll processing and systems.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.




Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Proactive, adaptable and team‐focused approach.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
