Clinical Nurse Manager
to be part of this beautiful facility located in the Southwest. Work with a dedicated team delivering excellence and a clinical Residential Aged Care Manager.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Ensuring clinical care is delivered in line with the aged care standards
Support, coach and lead the clinical team
Support the Residential Aged Care Manager
Reporting on clinical indicators and ensure best practice
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
The Successful Candidate
Current AHPRA registration and clinical experience
Experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager working in a residential aged care
Knowledge of AN-ACC, SIRs, clinical reporting and best practice
Current Influenza and Covid vaccinations
Current National Police Clearance
