An established manufacturing business based in the South Western Suburbsis seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their finance team on an initial 3-month contract, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right person.
This is an excellent prospect for someone who enjoys transactional finance and thrives in a fast-paced workplace where accuracy and attention to detail are key. Our client is looking for someone who is available to start immediately.
The Role
Processing and reconciling bank statements daily
Matching incoming payments to customer invoices
Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
Maintaining accurate financial records




Assisting with account reconciliations
Supporting the wider finance team with transactional accounting duties
Liaising with internal departments regarding payment queries
About You
Available to start immediately
A minimum of 2 years' experience in an Accounts Officer, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Assistant, or similar transactional finance role
Strong experience with bank reconciliations and payment allocations
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
The ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
Experience using Sage Accpac would be highly advantageous, although not essential
Solid communication skills and a proactive approach
