First Focus AU is seeking an experienced IT support qualified to join our hybrid service desk team. You'll handle tickets across Microsoft AD, Azure, M365, and Exchange, and troubleshoot desktops, servers, and networks while supporting cloud platforms such as Azure AD, Entra, Hyper-V, Citrix and AWS.
You'll split time between desk-based support and hands-on onsite work, with 10 paid training days per year, growth opportunities programs, and a Tesla car option (conditions apply).
