Develop and track performance metrics across safety, customer service, operational excellence and commercial performance.
Deliver meaningful analysis and insights that support better operational decisions.
Identify and drive continuous improvement prospects across plants, logistics, fleet and dispatch.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational performance issues.
Support digital transformation, reporting enhancements and AI-enabled process improvements.
Partner with operational leaders to embed standards and drive consistent execution across the network.
Requirements
Experience in supply chain, logistics, operations or performance analysis.
Solid process mapping, governance and continuous improvement capability.
Advanced analytical skills with experience using Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tools.
Commercial acumen and the ability to turn data into business insights.
Proven stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
Experience working within complex,
multi-site operational environments.
Experience within construction materials, manufacturing, transport, logistics or heavy industry will be highly regarded.
