About the Role
As an Finance Broker, you will manage your own client pipeline and provide end-to-end support for customers seeking vehicle finance solutions. You will be responsible for collecting customer information, assessing suitability, and submitting applications to lenders through LifeX's systems and processes.
This is a commission-only chance best suited to brokers who already have their own client sources or referral networks and are looking to partner with a licensed, professional lending team with structured support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client enquiries and loan applications from start to settlement
Collect, verify, and organise customer information and supporting documents
Assess customer scenarios and recommend suitable lending options
Submit applications and liaise with lenders as required




Provide explicit updates to clients throughout the application process
Ensure all applications meet compliance and documentation requirements
Work collaboratively with internal team members to deliver a smooth customer experience
Maintain professional conduct and represent LifeX's service standards
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in banking finance / car finance broking (preferred)
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
Robust attention to detail and ability to follow compliance processes
Existing client base or stable referral sources is strongly preferred
Bilingual communication skills (English + Chinese) are required
