Logistics Coordinator | 12-Month Maternity Contract | Ingleburn
A leading name in FMCG distribution is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their supply chain team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave.
This is a hands-on distribution role, working closely with a tight-knit, supportive team who genuinely have each other's backs. You'll be the kind of person who gets stuck in, reads the room, and gets the job done, rather than someone looking to shake things up.
What you'll be doing:
Managing inbound container deliveries - liaising with vendors, tracking ETAs, and handling customs clearance documentation
Entering purchase orders from suppliers and keeping Microsoft Dynamics up to date
Working closely with the customer service and warehouse teams
Printing pick slips and pallet labels for the warehouse team




Booking carriers for outbound deliveries (approx. pallets outbound and containers inbound per week)
What you'll bring:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365)
Confidence navigating Excel
Experience with inbound container logistics and customs clearance documentation
A team-first, hands-on approach, you're happy to roll up your sleeves rather than take charge
