Key Account Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
Provide international customer service in cooperation with local sales organisations and maintain the associated data.
Define and implement strategies to strengthen business relationships with our customers.
Drive profitable and sustainable revenue growth in the assigned area of responsibility.
Acquire and advise customers on technical solutions and the feasibility of new projects in coordination with the technical department.
Prepare tenders in close cooperation with internal technology, sales and project management teams.
Represent the company and sustainably develop relationships with customers.
Present and actively distribute Spheros products.
Qualifications
Preferable a completed degree (Bachelor, Master or equivalent) in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification with relevant qualified experience.
Several years of experience in key account management in the automotive industry is an advantage.
Proven success in sales of technical products that require detailed explanation.
Hands‐on experience in the areas mentioned above.
Solid communication and team skills.
Robust bargaining power, a binding but friendly demeanor, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
Flexibility and willingness to travel.
Very good written and spoken English skills.
