Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a Brokerage Operations Support skilled, located in Adelaide. The role involves providing operational support to brokers, managing day-to-day operational processes, assisting with administrative and compliance related tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow across operations. The successful candidate will liaise with clients, lenders, and brokers, handle inquiries,
and provide exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include analyzing operational processes and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven ability to provide effective Operational Support and manage daily workflows
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve operational processes
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, brokers, and lenders
Proficiency in using office software and operations-related tools
Ability to excel in a collaborative, rapid-paced, and detail-oriented environment
Previous experience in the financial or brokerage sector is a plus
Solid knowledge of the National Consumer Credit Protection (NCCP) framework and the Credit Act preferable
Certificate IV Mortgage Brokering or willingness to obtain
