Aruma is seeking an experienced Facilities Lead to manage the skilled and effective operation of property infrastructure, records and administrative support within a national portfolio. You will ensure facilities are maintained to standards, comply with legislation and deliver best-practice operations.
You will lead Facilities Officers and Customer Service Officers, oversee maintenance, contractor engagement and project delivery, and drive continuous improvement across the portfolio.
