Senior Salesforce Engineer
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join a high-performing digital delivery team working on a major platform transformation program. This is an chance to play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of a recent enterprise Salesforce platform that will replace legacy systems and improve the digital experience for thousands of users.
Working alongside experienced Principal Engineers, Architects, Product Managers and Delivery teams, you'll contribute to the technical direction of a large-scale Salesforce implementation while remaining hands-on throughout the development lifecycle.
This is an excellent prospect for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, influencing engineering decisions, and building modern, scalable solutions from the ground up.
What You'll Be Doing
Design, build and enhance enterprise Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
Develop scalable integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems.
Contribute to architecture and technical design discussions with senior engineering leaders.
Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX Designers and Developers in an Agile setting.




Participate in code reviews, mentoring and driving engineering best practices.
Support CI/CD pipelines, release management and ongoing platform improvements.
Assist with deployments, data migration, system transition activities and legacy system decommissioning.
Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
What We're Looking For
Strong Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) expertise.
Experience delivering greenfield Salesforce implementations or major platform transformations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, scalability and performance.
Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using APIs.
Knowledge of Service Cloud and customer-facing portal development.
Experience with source-driven development and Salesforce CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
This is an
11 Month contract
Western Sydney based -
Hybrid
Day rate ranging from $1,100 to $1,300 (inc Super)
Full working rights required.
