The City of Onkaparinga operates the Noarlunga Aquatic and Recreation Centre (NARC), a leading community facility in southern Adelaide. Each year, we welcome around 300,000 visitors.
The centre includes a 25m lap and program pool, a family pool, a fully equipped gym, squash courts, multi-purpose sports courts and a busy kiosk. We support everything from everyday recreation to major regional events. We are a welcoming, inclusive and professional workplace. About the role
As a customer relations officer, you are the first point of contact for visitors. You support reception,



bookings and kiosk operations.
Key responsibilities
greet customers and manage enquiries
handle bookings and maintain records
prepare and serve food and drinks
process payments and balance tills
maintain a clean and protected environment
What you bring
clear communication and teamwork
attention to detail and system confidence
Qualifications and requirements
You must hold or be willing to obtain:
Provide First Aid and CPR
Working with Children Check
National Police Check
Child Secure Settings training
basic food safety training
