The Role The Senior Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for the operational management and oversight of home care and community-based services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centered services that support older people to live safely and independently in their homes.
The role ensures service delivery is responsive, effective,



and aligned with individual client needs, organisational objectives, funding requirements, and regulatory obligations.
The position provides day-to-day management, supervision, and support to Service Coordinators, Support Workers, and Mentors, ensuring effective workforce performance, service coordination, and operational outcomes.
The role is accountable for workforce planning activities, staff development, performance monitoring, workforce growth, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
