I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager to join a high-performing aged care provider based in Melbourne. This is a fantastic prospect for an experienced RN with robust clinical governance and quality experience to step into a strategic, influential role.
The role:
Partner with operational leaders to drive quality improvement
Provide coaching and advice around clinical governance, compliance and risk
Conduct audits, quality reviews, investigations and validation activities
Support homes with regulatory readiness and Commission visits
Use quality data to identify risks and drive meaningful improvements




Help build solid cultures of accountability and continuous improvement
About you:
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Strong experience in aged care clinical leadership, quality or governance
Good knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
Experience with audits, incidents, investigations, risk and continuous improvement
Confident communicator with robust coaching and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working with senior leaders and influencing positive change
Flexible to travel as required
