THE ROLE
The Case Management Officer provides high-quality administrative and case management support to the Internal Review Branch.
The role acts as the primary administrative liaison for internal review applicants, internal stakeholders and external organisations, coordinates the collection of information and documents, and ensures review matters are managed efficiently, confidentially and within statutory timeframes.
The role has authorised access to confidential information held by operational areas of the Social Services Regulator and acts as the primary liaison between the Internal Review Branch and original decision-makers to facilitate the effective conduct of reviews.
The position does not participate in the substantive assessment or determination of review applications.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
Day-to-day your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate the end-to-end administrative management of internal review matters, ensuring files are established promptly and maintained in accordance with legislative, privacy and records management requirements.
Act as the primary administrative point of contact for internal review applicants, their representatives and external organisations,
coordinating the exchange of information and documentation to support the timely progression review matters.
Prepare and issue acknowledgements, requests for information and routine correspondence, respond to procedural enquiries, and maintain productive working relationships while exercising discretion, professionalism and sound judgment in the handling of confidential and sensitive information.
