Your Mo-Mission (should you choose to accept it): Movember has a bold three-year strategy.
This role is the bridge between that strategy and what actually gets done.
As Planning and Performance Manager, you'll sit within the Change and Communications team by design.
Because the most common reasons a strategy fails to land are rarely financial: they're about competing priorities,
unclear ownership, unmanaged interdependencies, and change overload.
Those are change and transformation problems, and this role exists to solve them.
Concretely, that means translating Movember's multi-year strategic priorities into a coherent annual business plan across pillars and functions, mapping interdependencies, assessing change impact, and running the periodic business reviews that keep senior leadership sighted on where delivery is on track and where decisions are needed.
You'll surface people, financial, and capacity risks associated with the plan, and establish and maintain the tools, templates, and reporting cadence that make progress visible to the senior management team throughout the year.
