You will handle reservation requests, changes, and cancellations, and convert phone inquiries into confirmed bookings, ensuring all details and preferences are recorded.
With your attention to detail, you'll provide exceptional service while recommending property facilities and maximising revenue through up-selling.
Qualifications A guest-focused personality is essential Robust written and verbal communication Robust interpersonal and problem-solving skills Prior experience working with Opera or another property management system Ability to work independently and prioritise conflicting priorities Whilst availability to work over a 7-day roster is desirable,
