We are seeking multiple skilled and experienced
Application Support Engineers
to provide technical support and maintenance for critical enterprise software applications. These resources play a key role in maintaining operational capability by ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide systems administration, monitoring, and Level 2/Level 3 technical support for enterprise applications.
Monitor system performance, produce operational reports, and implement process improvements to enhance system availability and reliability.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while providing technical assistance to internal stakeholders.
Manage the escalation of incidents and problems with third-party vendors, ensuring issues are thoroughly documented within relevant tracking systems.
Act as a technical resource for projects and business-as-usual (BAU) activities, including supporting testing and implementation of technical solutions.
Install, deploy, and maintain software updates, patches,



and fixes in accordance with established change management processes.
Develop and maintain system, operational, and support documentation, including Knowledge Base Articles for Level 1 support teams.
Ensure compliance with organizational safety, security, and quality standards.
Required Skills and Experience
Candidates should demonstrate experience in the following areas:
Robust experience providing
Level 2 and Level 3 application support
for enterprise systems.
Systems administration, monitoring, and operational support.
Incident, problem, and vendor management.
Software deployment, patch management, and change management processes.
Technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Creation and maintenance of technical and operational documentation.
Support for project delivery and testing activities.
Commitment to security, quality, and operational best practices.
Experience with T-SQL, scripting languages (PowerShell) and task automation.
