About the Role
As Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of the Darwin delivery scope, overseeing multi-facility recent-build Defence infrastructure. You'll coordinate with JV partners, subcontractors, consultants, and the client to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Lead planning and execution of multiple recent-build Defence structures




Oversee contracts, cost control, and procurement strategy
Manage JV reporting, client meetings, and project controls
Ensure Defence safety, QA, and security compliance
Drive performance, culture, and delivery excellence
About You
10 + years' experience in building/construction, including Defence
Proven track record managing projects >$50 m
Solid leadership and commercial management skills
Eligible for Defence clearance | clean Police Check
