XYZ Reality is seeking a Lead Site Engineer to act as the senior field representative for projects. You will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensure adherence to workflows and quality standards, and coordinate between the site team and the client. The role includes progress capture and in office inspections with the team.
You will coach junior engineers, escalate risks to management, and drive adoption of the XYZ platform. Travel to major multimillion/billion-dollar projects is expected.
