The Role Based from our Geelong office, you'll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a diverse community caseload, including: Language Mealtimes feeding Dysphagia Aphasia AAC This is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces.
You'll: Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans Build long-term relationships and see real progress Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team Our Graduate Program We believe graduates thrive with visible, structured and consistent support.
You'll receive: A graduate-specific induction week (NDIS, community practice life at Better Rehab) 1:1 discipline-specific supervision 6 months of structured induction,



training and upskilling 4 paid study leave days per year Laptop, phone and fully resourced therapy kits Flexibility Rewards Better Flex Policy – flexible hours and the ability to flex off once client work is complete Clear, achievable KPIs Better Rewards Program – bonus pay, extra leave, PD, tech or experiences Paid Parental Leave – 8 weeks (primary), 2 weeks (secondary) Travel reimbursement at 117c/km National prospects across 30+ Better Rehab locations Qualifications Speech Pathology qualification (graduating in or January ) Passion for supporting people with disability Driver's licence and own vehicle NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Additional Information Your CV doesn't need to be perfect, your values matter more.
