We're partnering with a leading advisory practice seeking an experienced
Senior Associate
to join its Commercial & Transaction Advisory team.
Working alongside government agencies, institutional investors, major energy providers and private sector clients, you'll advise on the commercial strategy behind some of Australia's most significant infrastructure and energy investments.
This is front-end advisory work where commercial thinking matters.
You'll help clients navigate complex investment decisions, develop commercial frameworks, assess delivery and contracting models, undertake sophisticated commercial analysis, and provide strategic advice that shapes procurement strategies, market engagement and transaction outcomes.



As Australia's energy sector continues to evolve, you'll also apply robust analytical capability and commercial modelling to support major capital investment decisions.
We're looking for people who enjoy:
Solving complex commercial problems rather than simply administering procurement processes.
Advising executive stakeholders on major investment and delivery decisions.
Using commercial analysis and financial modelling to influence strategy.
Working across transport, energy and major infrastructure programs where every decision has long-term commercial consequences.
Being recognised as a trusted advisor rather than a project administrator.
You'll likely come from a leading advisory practice, government commercial advisory team, or a client-side infrastructure workplace where you've been involved in complex transactions, commercial strategy or major capital programs.
