The Opportunity Objective Pro Solutions is partnering with a growing South Australian business to recruit a Conveyancer in a part-time capacity (School hours or 3 -4 days per week).
This is an opportunity to join a client-focused business where you'll manage a diverse range of conveyancing matters from instruction through to settlement.
You will play an key role in delivering a high standard of service while contributing to the continued growth of the business.
About the Role Key responsibilities include: • Preparing and lodging conveyancing documentation using industry systems.
• Building robust relationships with clients and providing clear, proactive communication throughout the conveyancing process.
• Liaising with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, financial institutions, solicitors and other stakeholders.
• Managing multiple files while ensuring accuracy and meeting key settlement deadlines.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and embracing new technology.




About You To be successful in this role, you'll have: • A minimum of 12 months' experience working in conveyancing.
• An Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing (or equivalent qualification).
• A Conveyancer's Licence (desirable but not essential).
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• The ability to manage your workload independently while working collaboratively within a small team.
