The Role
You'll take ownership of a diverse mix of commercial and property matters, including:
Commercial and retail leasing
Sale and purchase of business transactions
Residential, commercial, and off-the-plan property transactions
Joint venture and development agreements
Subdivisions, easements, positive covenants, and option agreements
PPSR registrations and caveats
Wills and probate matters
Managing files from initial instruction through to completion
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 2 years' post-admission experience in commercial and property law




Can confidently manage matters with a high level of autonomy
Enjoys building lasting client relationships
Has strong drafting, organisational, and communication skills
Has experience with PEXA and LEAP (advantageous but not essential)
