Role Description
The Sales Account Executive is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of clients in NSW and QLD with the flexibility to perform some duties from home in a hybrid arrangement. This contract role involves identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting tailored automation solutions to prospective and existing customers. Daily activities include building and maintaining robust client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotes, and negotiating terms in line with company guidelines.



The position also requires close collaboration with technical and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, timely resolution of customer issues, and the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong lead generation skills and experience identifying recent business opportunities.
Proficiency in account management, including managing pipelines and retaining customers.
Excellent communication and relationship building capabilities for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Customer service skills focused on responsiveness, follow-through, and client satisfaction.
Experience selling technology, automation, or machinery solutions is highly beneficial.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid workplace, balancing onsite client visits with remote tasks.
Demonstrated negotiation, presentation, and time management skills.
Relevant experience in sales or business development; formal qualifications in business, sales, or a related field are an advantage.
