Concrete
Operations Coordinator
to manage the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of concrete deliveries across multiple projects.
This is a fast paced, office based and would suit someone with experience in construction, logistics, dispatch or transport.

About the Role
You'll be the key link between our project teams, suppliers, batching plants and customers, ensuring concrete deliveries are organised, communicated and delivered on time.This role is heavily phone-based
, so you'll need to be confident communicating with people, solving problems and managing changing priorities throughout the day. This role also has a big scope of growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
You will coordinate and schedule daily concrete bookings on the phones and maintaining records.
You will liaise with suppliers,



batching plants, project managers & site teams while also building strong relationships with clients.
You will manage concrete delivery schedules, respond to last-minute changes, and provide outstanding service to clients.
You will work closely with accounts to ensure clients/suppliers are invoiced/paid with correct rates.
You will also have an opportunity to take part in actively seeking new business clients.
About You
You have 2 years of experience in construction (preferred), logistics, dispatch or scheduling.
You have strong communication and phone skills, organised, proactive and able to multitask.
You are confident, decision maker, resolution driven & enjoy working in a team.
Concrete industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
