Customer Relations Representative
Location: Sydney, Australia – Full time, Permanent
Reporting to the National Virtual Pharmacy Manager, the key responsibilities include:
Provide a high level of customer service to Viatris customers and external stakeholders via phone and e-mail.
Build relationships with customers and ensure their experience is second to none.
Process orders, credits and returns.
Liaise with cross‐functional teams to service ad‐hoc requests and deliver on business needs.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in pharmacy or business (preferred but not required).
1+ year experience working in pharmacy.
Experience in a customer‐facing role (highly desirable).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Hardworking, punctual, and patient.




Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian citizen or appropriate visa holder).
