Responsibilities

- Partner with senior leaders, planning, coordinating and delivering high‐profile corporate events, conferences, and company charity events end‐to‐end.
- Ensure all events are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in line with safety and company standards.
- Build strong relationships with Procare clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of trends to bring fresh ideas and innovation enhancing future events.
- Manage Procare's social media postings in collaboration with an external marketing agency, including regular Linked In industry updates/observations.

Candidate Profile

- Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Commerce (drive and passion matter most).
- Passion for Events & Marketing: genuine interest in creating memorable experiences and lasting customer partnerships.
- Strong organisational skills: thrive in managing multiple projects with attention to detail, even under pressure.
- Proactive communicator:



confident, solutions‐focused, and ready to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Flexibility: willingness to work after‐hours or travel interstate for events when needed.
