JV Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Skilled Construction Labourers to join a variety of commercial and residential construction projects across the Gold Coast.
We have immediate starts available, with ongoing work and long-term opportunities for reliable candidates. You will work alongside experienced tradespeople on well‑established sites, assisting with skilled labouring tasks while helping keep projects running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting qualified tradespeople on site
- Operating a range of hand and power tools
- Site preparation, clean‑up and material handling
- Working closely with site supervisors and project teams
- Completing tasks safely and efficiently with minimal supervision
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 12 months' construction labouring experience
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid work ethic and reliable attendance
- Good understanding of site safety procedures
- Meal Allowance after 9.5‑hour shifts
- Penalty Rates including time‑and‑a‑half and double time for overtime
- Weekly pay
- Immediate starts available

Essential Requirements
- Construction White Card
- Full Australian working rights
- Own reliable transport (highly desirable but not essential)
- Full PPE
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screening if required
