Requirements
A collaborative and caring attitude and commitment to quality early learning
Working Towards
Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education
Experience leading a room and developing engaging, play‐based programs
Solid knowledge of EYLF, QKLG, NQF, and current early childhood practices
Ability to guide children's behaviour with care and empathy
Confident with compliance, documentation, and quality standards
Solid communication and relationship‐building skills with families, children, and team members




Competent computer skills (including Microsoft Office and relevant childcare software)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
