Based in Melbourne's CBD, you will support the leadership, prepare a la carte dishes, and help maintain high standards across both venues.
You'll need a Certificate III in commercial cookery, at least 2 years in a busy kitchen, Food Safety certification, and adaptable availability for nights and weekends.
