About the role
As a Registered Midwife, you will play a key role in delivering secure, high‐quality, evidence‐based care to women and newborns.
You will work across a range of midwifery settings and actively contribute to positive patient experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering evidence‐based midwifery care across the maternity journey




Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Providing a high standard of customer‐focused care to women and families
Ensuring patient, newborn and staff safety at all times
Upholding professional, ethical and clinical standards
Essential criteria
Eligible for registration with AHPRA as a midwife
Minimum 2 year post‐graduate midwifery experience
Demonstrated experience across all areas of midwifery, including:
Antenatal care
Postnatal care
Labour & Delivery
Special Care Baby Unit
Outpatients
Solid clinical skills with a commitment to excellence in patient care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Professional, respectful and compassionate approach to care
