Key Responsibilities
Coordinate technicians and service jobs
Manage client calls and respond to enquiries
Raise purchase orders, prepare quotes and issue invoices
Order parts and materials
Coordinate site inductions and weekly service reports
Support the team with general administration and ad hoc tasks
About You




Experience as a Service Coordinator in fire services (essential)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Positive, team‐focused attitude
Experience with simPRO (advantage)
