We're looking for a Health Governance & Strategy Manager to join our Health Advisory Squad and play a key role in strengthening clinical governance, supporting quality improvement initiatives and helping our business navigate complex health‐related risks.
About the Role
In this role, you will partner with teams across Medibank to:
Support clinical governance activities and manage health‐related risks and incidents.
Contribute to provider quality reviews and help embed practical governance frameworks across our health operations and provider networks.
Work closely with clinical, operational and commercial stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and support key strategic initiatives.
About You
We need a cooperative and solutions‐focused health skilled who can translate governance frameworks into practical outcomes,
and who is comfortable working across multiple stakeholders in a fast‐paced setting.
You'll Bring
A relevant health qualification and current AHPRA registration.
Experience in clinical governance, healthcare quality, patient safety or risk management.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
The ability to identify risks, solve problems and drive improvements.
A passion for improving healthcare quality, safety and value.
