This is an excellent opportunity to gain a nationally recognised trade qualification while working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic workshop environment.
As anApprentice Fitter Machinist, you will develop skills in machining, fabrication, fitting, maintenance, and repair of mechanical components and equipment used within the mining and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with machining, fitting,



and assembly of mechanical components
Learn to operate Lathes, Milling machines, horizontal borer and Line Boring Equipment
Conduct maintenance and repair work under supervision
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Maintain a clean and secure work setting
Participate in both on-the-job and formal training
What We're Looking For:
Genuine interest in engineering and mechanical trades
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Commitment to workplace safety
Current driver's licence (preferred)
Completion of Year 10 or higher
