Saunders is seeking a People & Capability Advisor to join its Charlestown, NSW team on a permanent full time basis.
You'll advise leaders on P&C; processes, manage end-to-end recruitment, and support HR programs while upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.
You'll handle records, medicals, and health matters, contribute to continuous improvement, and partner with a diverse workforce in a major Australian infrastructure company.
A relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.
