WorkCover Queensland is seeking a Claims Advisor to facilitate rehabilitation and return to work for customers with physical and mental injuries sustained at work.
Responsibilities
As a Claims Advisor, you will:
Facilitate rehabilitation and return to work for customers with work-related injuries
Build influential relationships with stakeholders including allied health providers, employers and injured workers
Support early return-to-work outcomes and positive recovery trajectories
Qualifications
A customer experience professional
Resilient and composed in challenging situations
Strong problem solver and decision maker with excellent time management
Team-oriented team member who proactively contributes to solutions
Experience in a similar role (case management, insurance, health or relationship management)
Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, psychology, business or law are advantageous
