GSL: A Good Start to Life is seeking a Youth Disability Support Worker to support children and young people aged 0–18 with complex needs in home, learning and community settings.
You will follow individual plans to help build life skills, confidence and community integration.
You will work in a trauma-informed, child-secure setting, forming reliable relationships and promoting independence.
The role offers flexible casual or part-time shifts with structured induction and training.
