Our Condell Park Calibration Centre is seeking a Customer Service Officer to act as a central link between customers, technicians, and workshop operations.
Your key responsibilities include:Managing customer enquiries, bookings and quotesCoordinating technician schedulesProviding explicit and timely job updatesSupporting Site Managers with workflow planningMaintaining accurate data and administrative recordsIs this you?
